The USA trip is getting closer - and I'm thinking about food!

Yes, our USA trip is nearly here. Of course Lauren will be hard at work and I will be hard at, well, um, increasing my belt size! I have compiled a dream list of food place's I would like to see and shows that they have appeared on. The hardest thing is cutting the list down or increasing our days in USA. Here is the list so far: 

Denver:
